These are placeholder terms. Once finalized, they will govern your use of the Qalypso platform. By using the service, you agree to the final version published here.
2. The service
Qalypso provides property-management software for Qatar: properties, leases, invoicing, payment tracking, owner settlements and related tools. Qalypso never holds, collects or moves your money. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account secure. Please do not misuse the service or access data you are not authorized to see.
4. Fees
Pricing is indicative until confirmed with you directly. Final fees, billing terms and any taxes (Qatar VAT is currently 0%) will be set out in your agreement.
5. Liability
The platform is a tool to support property management. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Limits of liability will be set out in the final terms.
6. Governing law
These terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The final, reviewed version replaces this draft before launch.
