How is it billed?
One model for everyone, per property, occupied or vacant. One property is free; from your second onward you move up a plan on volume, never on features, and the rate per property falls as you grow.
Do owners pay if a manager runs their property?
No. When a property company manages your properties, they pay per property and you get the owner portal for free. You only pay when you self-manage more than one property of your own.
What is included on each tier?
Every feature is on every tier. Other tools gate the essentials, WhatsApp reminders, CSV import and export, PDF statements, payment links, behind a higher plan, then charge you to unlock them. We do not. As each capability ships, from the owner portal and settlement statements to the tenant portal, tickets and online payments, it lands on every plan at once. Tiers differ only by how many properties you manage, never by which features you get. Power integrations like bank reconciliation and white-label are optional add-ons, available to any tier.
Is there VAT to add?
Qatar has 0% VAT on these services today, so the price you see is the price you pay.
Are these final prices?
They are indicative for now. Final QAR tiers, per-property rates and add-on prices are being set with our first Qatar customers, and fair-use billing keeps you on the most economical plan for your volume.
